How to order
Choose your service. Select the option you want on the Punjabi Villans product page, choose the shirt and provide your placement instructions. If you're ordering one sleeve, specify LEFT or RIGHT; for two sleeves, BOTH; for the front sponsor, FRONT.
Place your order. Once you've ordered, message @thekitdropuk on Instagram with your order number. We'll send you our private postal address and posting instructions.
Post your shirt. Send it clean, dry and securely packaged. Include a note with your full name, order number, checkout email, complete return address (including postcode), shirt season and any agreed placement instructions. We recommend tracked and suitably insured postage.
We do the work. Once your shirt arrives and work is cleared to start, allow around 7–10 calendar days for application, inspection and dispatch. We'll return it by Royal Mail Tracked 48 for UK orders.
Please note: this is a postal-only service. We can't accept in-person drop-offs or collections, so please don't visit the posting address.
A few things worth knowing
You supply your own shirt and pay to post it to us. The prices above include £3.99 for UK return delivery; it is added at checkout.
If we're removing an existing Visit Rwanda sponsor, we'll assess the shirt first. Removal can leave adhesive residue, ghosting, staining or changes to the fabric, and we can't guarantee a completely mark-free result. We'll contact you if we think the shirt may be unsuitable.
Normal statutory cancellation rights for distance services apply. The product page explains your choice about requesting work to start during the 14-day cancellation period and the acknowledgement relating to full performance. If you choose to wait until that period ends, your turnaround will be later. Please read the full product terms before ordering.
