The KitDrop Refund Policy
At The Kitdrop, we specialise in sourcing and reselling 100% authentic football shirts. Many of our items are second-hand and may show light signs of previous use. Unless stated otherwise, all products should be considered pre-owned.
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, including any noticeable damage or defects. However, please note that general wear and tear is to be expected with vintage or used items and does not qualify as a defect.
Returns Window

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Conditions for Refund
To qualify for a refund:

The item must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn (other than trying on), and with any original tags/packaging (if applicable).

Refunds are not available where:

The item has been worn or damaged after receipt.

Signs of general wear and tear are present (as these are expected with second-hand items).

The issue relates to damage/defects already described in the listing.

Postage Costs

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

In compliance with UK law, we will refund the cost of the item plus the standard delivery charge (if applicable).

Original postage upgrades (e.g. express or tracked options) will not be refunded.

We’ll confirm the return address and next steps.

Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.
