Sending your shirt to The Kitdrop

POSTAL SERVICE ONLY — No in-person shirt drop-offs or collections. All shirts must be sent to The Kitdrop by post and will be returned by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Please do not visit the postal address.

You supply the football shirt. Once you have ordered, message @thekitdropuk on Instagram with your order number to receive our correct send-in address and packing instructions. Do not post your shirt before we confirm the address.

Full name (as shown on your order)

Email address (used at checkout)

Complete return address, including postcode

Kitdrop order number

Any agreed sleeve placement or extra-work instructions

Put this note inside the parcel, not just on the outside label. We use it to match your shirt to the order and check the return address before dispatch.

Send your shirt clean, dry and securely packed, with the full parcel note described above inside. You pay for postage to us. We recommend a tracked, suitably insured service and keeping your proof of postage.

Application & dispatch

Allow approximately 7–10 calendar days from when your shirt reaches us, provided the agreed work is ready and permitted to begin. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline; it excludes inbound transit and return delivery. If you've chosen to wait until the 14-day cancellation period ends, work starts later.

Return delivery

UK return postage is £3.99, charged at checkout, using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Royal Mail aims to deliver in around 2–3 working days after dispatch; this is not guaranteed. Please supply the correct delivery address. International returns are not included in the UK price — contact us before ordering for a quote.

What is included

This listing is for applying Punjabi Villans sleeve badge(s) to one football shirt supplied by you. The shirt itself is not included. Choose the one-sleeve (£11) or both-sleeve (£16) option, then specify left, right or both sleeves as appropriate. UK tracked return postage is £3.99 at checkout.

Care of your shirt

Vintage, fragile, worn and previously printed shirts can react differently to heat and adhesive processes. We use reasonable care and skill, and will contact you if the fabric, existing prints or requested placement raise concerns. We may agree an alternative or a refund where appropriate. We do not exclude responsibility for damage caused by a failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.

Extra customisation

Namesets, numbers, sponsor removal or replacement, repairs and other work are not included. Any extra service must be discussed and priced separately with Kitdrop on Instagram before work starts; it may also change the turnaround.

Your cancellation rights

For an online service contract, you normally have 14 days after the day you place your order to cancel. At checkout, you can expressly request that work begins within this period or choose to wait until the period has ended. You must also select the relevant cancellation acknowledgement.

If you expressly request early work, acknowledge the effect on your cancellation rights, and we fully perform the service within the 14-day period, your right to cancel may end on full completion. If you cancel after requesting work to start but before it is completed, a reasonable proportionate charge for work already carried out may apply where permitted by law.

If you choose to wait, we will not begin the service until your 14-day cancellation period has ended, even if your shirt arrives sooner. If your selections are inconsistent or unclear, we'll contact you to confirm them before starting work.

Problems and refunds

To cancel or report an issue, contact Kitdrop with your order number. If your shirt is already with us, we will explain the safe return arrangements and any lawful return-postage costs. If the service is not supplied with reasonable care and skill or as agreed, your rights to repeat performance, an appropriate price reduction or a refund where applicable are unaffected. Nothing in these terms overrides your UK statutory rights.

Customer information

The Kitdrop handles your order, badge application and return delivery. We use your contact and delivery information for fulfilment and related support in accordance with our site privacy information.
